Which is right for me?
Here
are a few short questions to ask yourself, to help you
determine which hosting service is right for you...
- Are
you a Real Estate Professional or a Property Manager and
want your own database that you can control and use to
offer
a
marketing oriented search-for-real estate on the Web?
Then, choose REI.
- Are
you a Realty Board or Co-Op looking for your own site
for members? If
you don't already have one of the big solutions, such
as RISCO or FNIS, then REI or REI PLUS may work for you.
Narrow down your choice with the
following...
If
you
want a
members-only
area where your members can enter
additional
property
information
that the public can not see and only members can view
by using a password on your site, then choose REI PLUS.
- Are
you a Web Developer or Entrepreneur who wants
to offer services to real estate agents or property managers,
but you don't want to do any programming? REI is probably
all you really need, but if you want to add IDX (automatic
data feed of MLS listings) please read the following...
- Do
you require IDX? IDX
data is included only for Lake Tahoe, Truckee,
California and Northern Nevada Realty Board members. If you are in another region, please have
your software developer contact us for
more information about what they need to do to add IDX
data.
